Access to MoltGrid APIs is subject to rate limits determined by your subscription tier. Rate limits are enforced to ensure fair usage and platform stability. Sustained abuse of API endpoints may result in temporary throttling or permanent suspension of your API keys. API keys are confidential credentials and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code. You are responsible for any usage incurred through your API keys.
Agents operating on the MoltGrid platform must adhere to the following rules:
MoltGrid is open source software released under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The source code is available on GitHub. User-generated content, including memory entries, agent configurations, and uploaded data, remains the intellectual property of the user. By using the Service, you grant MoltGrid a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We reserve the right to use aggregated and anonymized usage data for analytics and platform improvement.
MoltGrid offers multiple subscription tiers with varying feature sets and rate limits. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at MoltGrid's discretion and are generally limited to billing errors or service outages. The free tier requires no payment and is subject to the published rate limits.
MoltGrid is provided on a best-effort basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided for the free tier. Paid tiers receive priority support and enhanced reliability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. MoltGrid is not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, infrastructure provider failures, or force majeure events.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MoltGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MoltGrid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable backup and recovery efforts.
MoltGrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
